Tasting notes

This is a young wine with character. The initial taste hits you in the palate saying “hey, I’m here, take notice” but it then quickly dies down and you think “ok, so what?” due to its very short finish. It’s really not bad, but that’s about as much praise as we could give it. Dark red in colour, with blackcurrant, liquorice and vanilla flavours. Drinkable for sure, but Mademoiselle Jones hasn’t set the world on fire.
